Are Oranges Orange?
I took some time again to do macro shots of oranges which I bought in a major supermarket. Oranges are among the members of the citrus family along with lemon, lime and pomelo. It is also a common household fruit as a source of Vitamin C. Oranges have different varieties depending on the location it is grown.

Orange as a color is a result of mixing red and yellow. This color also has various shades depending on the mixture of the two primary colors.
Looking at the fruit again, I wonder if oranges are orange, then why does green sometimes appear in the orange?
